The Lalano’S Cosmetics Micro Dermabrasion Device is a mechanical skin scrub that uses a vacuum compressed air system and therefore does not require chemicals. First, the top layer of skin is gently removed with various diamond sanding attachments and then the suction mechanism ensures the removal of the dead skin cells and dandruff. In this way, not only dead skin cells are to be removed, but also the new formation of the skin is to be stimulated. In order to benefit permanently from the treatment, it must be repeated regularly – for this, a treatment at intervals of about four weeks is recommended, as the skin renews itself at this interval.
