Voluntary 30-day return policy

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant consumers a voluntary right of return of 30 days from receipt of the goods.

In order to exercise the voluntary right of return, please inform us within these 30 days by e-mail to info@lalanoscosmetics.de and return the goods completely, if possible in the original packaging and in a condition that has not been used beyond the examination of quality, properties and functionality. In the case of sealed hygiene and personal care articles, the voluntary right of return presupposes that the seal is undamaged.

You shall bear the direct costs of the return, provided that there is no defect or incorrect delivery. After receipt and verification of the return, we will refund the refundable purchase price using the original means of payment.

The statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days as well as your statutory warranty and defect rights remain unaffected by this voluntary right of return.

Legal right of withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby consumers are any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Hamid Erol, Hamid Erol, Speckestraße 24, 44357 Dortmund, Germany, Tel.: 01731559070, E-Mail: info@lalanoscosmetics.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any depreciation of the goods if this depreciation is due to a handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
