What are the shipping costs?
We deliver exclusively to the 27 Member States of the European Union. Within the EU, shipping is free of charge. We currently do not deliver to countries outside the EU, such as Switzerland or the UK.
Where can I find the status of my delivery?
After sending you will receive an e-mail. If tracking is available for your shipping method, you can track your package with the DHL tracking number sent to you.
Which payment method can I choose?
The payment methods available for your order will be displayed in the checkout. Choose your preferred method and note the instructions for payment processing.
